The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a fireplace as well as a washing machine. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property is located just a 5-minute drive from the Concert Music Festival venue and the nearest beach. Furthermore, the area offers a variety of restaurants (Restaurante Popeye is particularly recommended). The property is just a 3-minute drive from the Costa Azahar celebrations and events hall. There are 5 parking spaces on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed for a fee. Please be considerate of the property and the neighbours. Air conditioning is not available. An earlier check-in and/or a later check-out are possible (please contact the host). The property has step-free access and interior, the doors are wide and easy to access.
